Scheduling Policy

We will schedule you to see the doctor for either an examination and treatment during the same appointment, or for an evaluation only. For appointments with treatment, you can expect a 2-hour time commitment (including registration time). For examination only, likely one hour. We ask that you bring your new patient registration forms, and any emergency medication you may need (such as an inhaler, diabetic medication, Epipen®, or nitroglycerin). Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Reservations require a great deal of setup and preparation tailored to you and your treatment. Last minute cancellations and missed reservations will be charged $100. To avoid this charge, contact our office within 24 hours of your reservation. We do understand, on occasion, last minute things occur. If we both take our commitment to each other seriously, these issues are often avoidable.

Endodontic treatment often takes one or two appointments, but in certain cases, may take even more appointments. You will be informed if you will need to return for additional treatment visits before you check out.

Methods of Payment

Finances should never keep you from good oral health. From your initial phone call, we will gather information from you to verify dental benefits for those patients with insurance. We will also assist those patients with FSA and HSA accounts by providing you the appropriate paperwork for your submissions. We offer a variety of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, checks, and CareCredit*.

*CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health and wellness needs for you and your family. It is different from a regular credit card. It helps you pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance by extending special financing options that you may not always be able to get when using your Visa or MasterCard. For complete details visit CareCredit.com. We allow up to six (6) months of interest-free financing. If you need to extend payments out further than that, interest may apply.
